Thanks Cindi and Infinity Travelaz for making an ordinary cruise experience truly extraordinary! All the shore excursions you planned for us went off without a hitch and a fun time was had by all! From cooking (I called it wine drinking) in the Roman countryside, to beautiful Sicily and the wind-swept island of Mykonos – WOW! Nothing better than enjoying the Acropolis with a private guide followed by lunch at a quaint restaurant in Athens. No doubt our group of eight was spoiled by the private tours you arranged and would recommend this option to anyone! And who could forget about sharing a beer with Jack? Thanks again!

She watches out for us not only helping book our trips but watches to see what we arrive safely and on time. She watches our return flights to make sure everything is as we expect. On the rare occasion when our return flights were cancelled or postponed due to weather, she has rebooked us even before we knew there was an issue. Our Baltic cruise last September was everything she told us it would be. We had three days of full sun, perfect autumn weather in St. Petersburg, Russia. Unprecedented! Cindi is truly an amazing travel professional! She coordinated our recent trip to Rome with a Celebrity Mediterranean cruise including a tour in each port for 8 adults. She met with our groups on two occasions as well as many emails in between to ensure she booked exactly what we all wanted. “Even Our Mealtimes Were Coordinated!
I would HIGHLY recommend Cindi from Infinity Travelaz! She met with me in person and worked around my busy schedule. She booked a 12 day land & cruise vacation for my family and my sister-in-law’s family. There were a lot of moving parts to this vacation. Flights from both coasts of the country, trains, boats, buses, tours, hotels and the cruise excursions. All for eight people! Cindi carefully went over every detail to make sure things went smoothly. Even our mealtimes were coordinated! Right before we were ready to leave for our trip, she cam to my house to deliver luggage tags and other thoughtful items that we needed for our vacation. I can’t say enough what a luxury it was to have someone else do all of the planning, coordination and booking! It is so nice to know that I have someone reliable to call when I want to go away and not have to stress and be on the phone or computer with airlines, hotels, etc…I can’t wait to use Cindi again to book our next adventure!

“She Made The Entire Process A Breeze
Cindi planned a short Mexico cruise for me and a friend, and she was a total pleasure to work with. My budget was relatively small, but she helped me stretch my budget and still have a great vacation! She took into account my comments regarding the type of vacation I wanted and other preferences, and gave just enough of her professional opinion without being pushy or “sales-y.” Before our departure she made sure we were well-prepared with laminated luggage tags, info about navigating the cruise terminal and finding parking, and a cute gift bags with hand sanitizer, chap stick, and a few other essentials. She made the entire process a breeze and made sure we were totally prepared to have a great time. I will definitely use her for future trips and can’t recommend her highly enough to my friends and family. Thanks Cindi!!!!

We had a great time and enjoyed all of it. Cindi did a great job and was very easy to work with, We like the cruise and the food was good. The upgraded food and service was great in Cagney’s Steak House. The Glacier paddle trip we booked outside on NCL was a great experience. The company wasn’t topnotch but did a good job. Since this was our first cruise, we have nothing to compare NCL to. Thanks for the cheese platter in the room We showed up hungry and then they closed down the food for the pre-trip disaster instructions, so it came in handy. Thanks again!

“Our Trip Was Seamless Thanks To Cindi
I can’t say enough about the detail and enthusiasm that Cindi Hanson provided to our group of 8 to plan and execute a 14-day trip that included a 10-day cruise to Italy and Greece. From the start, Cindi provided us with the often micro details we needed to choose the ship and then as we moved forward, the details to create our onshore excursions. Cindi researched do many options, and then met with our group creating a spreadsheet to detail our options and subsequently, our final decisions. Our final documents were detailed and ordered so we could present appropriate documentation along the way. She also provided us with the Umapped App that provided a digital itinerary, appropriate documents and links to our airlines, etc. Our trip was seamless thank to Cindi. Every onshore excursion went off without a hitch! I’ve worked with many good travel agents over my many years of travel, but I can say without a doubt, that Cindi is by far the best as it relates to both responsiveness, detail and added fun, as she provided each of us with a “Myazz” donkey to take photos along the way. No doubt each of us will hold this trip dear and it is with great thanks to Cindi that we could relax and know the travel was well coordinated!
